In case you haven't heard about, or encountered the issue firsthand, there is currently a problem with redeeming WoW TCG Loot Codes in-game.
The Blizzard techs are currently looking into the problem, but the issue has yet to be resolved.

Then just recently we received this update…
Not much of an update, but I did want everyone to know we've not forgotten about this,it's still under investigation by our techs.

This is really unfair, I have been buying these cards hoping to get a loot card. I finally get one “King Mukla”, and I cant even redeem it. Keep in mind the only reason I bought these cards were to redeem the loot cards and other in-game cards. I dont play the card game or anything, all the other cards are useless to me and now that I can’t even redeem the loot cards their useless to me too.
3 days without a support update is a little unsettling, especially with something like this. With the amount of money that loyal WoW players spend on WoW TCG loot, you’d think they’d have this issue resolved immediately.
I’ll post an update on this situation as soon as I hear something from the blues. In the meantime, just periodically check the thread linked in this post for any progress on the matter.

If you’re experiencing problems redeeming the code, I suggest opening an in-game ticket. Put your loot code in the ticket and I’m sure a GM will get things sorted out for you.
