The Bloat the Bubble Fish loot card is redeemable for a Purple Puffer pet. The Purple Puffer is an amusing little pet that ‘floats' in his own self contained sphere of water. The Purple Puffer uses the same bubble and summoning animation as the Sea Pony – the rare pet that is caught in the waters off of Darkmoon Island.
Bloat the Bubble Fish is a super common loot card – found in approximately 1 in 11 packs of Throne of the Tides.
Throne of the Tides booster boxes are selling for around $80-$90 each, which would put the average price of this card at around $40, were you to try and pull it from a pack.
