Tuskarr Kite
The Tuskarr Kite Loot card from the Scourgewar Expansion Set rewards players with their very own Tuskarr Kite. The Tuskarr Kite is considered a pet, and is a similar model to the kites that the Tuskarr have flying all about their villages.
This kite is like the Dragon Kite, as it has the same kite-like behavior, plus it also gets struck by lightning on occasion. It does not however change color and is slightly less grandiose.
The Tuskarr Kite is not quite as impressive as the Dragon kite, but it's still pretty nice. It can also be had for a lot less money.

Scourgewar booster boxes sell for around $65.00 each on ebay, which means you'd have to rifle through about $325.00 worth of packs before you'd find this Loot Card.
