I still haven't seen any actual images of the new Throne of the Tides loot, but WoWHead did include one item tooltip in their latest PTR item database update. The Throwing Starfish has made it in, and appears to have a use effect similar to the Paper Machine Flying Kit – albeit probably a lot more amusing. The item tooltip for ‘Throwing Starfish' shows that they're stackable, which means that the actual loot item is likely some sort of Throwing Starfish generator.
I'll post more information once the Throwing Starfish and the other two Throne of the Tides loots make it onto the PTR.
