The new Throne of the Tides loot items appear to be available on the Patch 4.3 PTR, provided you have a promo code. Until I can locate a proper code that will allow me to claim these items from Landro, the only things of note that I discovered were the actual names of the in-game loot.
As a bonus… the loot names for the items coming in the next two expansions were accessible as well. I'll post those later today. Not sure if they'll be redeemable, but I'll try. 🙂
The Wasteland Tallstrider loot card will be redeemable for a Swift Shorestrider.- The Throwing Starfish loot card will be redeemable for none other than a… Throwing Starfish. 😉
- The Bloat the Bubble Fish loot card will be redeemable for a Purple Puffer.
No actual in-game images or videos of these new loots have been posted yet, but here are the tooltips, which offer some clues as to the appearance of the new loot…
Swift Shorestrider
Based on the look of the tooltip, it seems as if the Wasteland Tallstrider loot is going to be pink and purple! Definitely a much more exciting look than the previously predicted ivory color.

Throwing Starfish
I'm assuming that Throwing Starfish is an uncommon loot, and thusly would be some sort of premium non-consumable item, but nothing has been seen of this yet. All we've found so far is a tooltip of the actual generated Throwing Starfishes themselves.

My guess is that the Purple Puffer will be a floating fish pet.
